Attractor Inc. was established and has been run by three experienced Agile coaches.
Kiro Harada
Founder / CEO
Agile Coach, Domain Modeler, SCM Consultant. Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer (CST). He started his career as a chemical engineer in cosmetics R&D. He’s been practicing Scrum since 2004. He is working to make your business and development easier and safer.
Miho Nagase
Founder / CBO
She started her career as a Web application developer and then worked as a project manager at a System Integrator. When she was a director of the development department, she started using Agile methodologies to improve the business. Today, she is a project associate professor at Advanced Institute of Industrial Technology. Part-time lecturer at the University of Tsukuba and the University of the Ryukyus.

Providing various kinds of consulting and training services related to Agile, Product Management, DevOps and transformation. Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), Certified Team Coach (CTC). Microsoft MVP for Azure.
